The MASCOTS resort has an agreement with a 24/24 emergency veterinary clinic. We will contact you as soon as possible if an incident or emergency arises. Please note that transportation and first aid costs will be borne by the pet owner.
→CURE AND SPECIAL CARE: The MASCOTS vet will go every day to make the necessary cures. The price of the service is €15/day. It is mandatory.
Transfers to clinics for cures: €10 each way with prior agreement.
The MASCOTS resort is not responsible for infections or any type of complication.
→ SENIOR DOGS: The resort MASCOTS is not responsible for health incidents of pets over 10 years of age staying at the resort.
